AD Users
Go to System > Application Settings > Menus and Security
Under Security, click the AD Users menu item
Active Directory (AD) is a directory service developed by Microsoft that is used to manage and organize resources within a networked environment, such as users, computers, and other network resources. This page provides read-only access to AD users and groups.
The AD Users grid (left) displays all AD Users in the Active Directory
AD Users
Clicking on any AD User in the grid will refresh the AD User Groups grid (right). This grid displays all the groups where the selected user is a member.
Field's Description
AD User SID SID (Security Identifier) of a Active Directory User
AD User Name Name of the principal entity as defined in Active Directory
Active Directory Domain Name Name of the Active Directory domain
AD User Display Name The users name in user-friendly format
AD User Distinguished Name The user representation in LDAP format
AD User Principal Name The user in email format
AD User Active ? when checked, the user is still active and may use resources assigned to it.
AD User Created Date Date the user was initially added to the Active Directory
AD User Changed Date Date the user was last updated in the Active Directory
AD Group Users
Note: If the Active Directory information is not displayed or has changed, click the Refresh AD Data button below the Grid
Field's Description
AD User SID SID (Security Identifier) of a Active Directory User
AD User Name Name of a user that is a member of the selected group
Active Directory Domain Name Name of the Active Directory domain
AD Group Tree Id A sequence that is ephemeral for generating hierarchy.
AD Group Tree Parent Id A sequence that is ephemeral for generating hierarchy.
AD Group Level AD Group hierarchy level
AD Group SID AD Group Security Identifier
AD Group Name Name of the group as defined in Active Directory
AD Including Group Name If this group is a member of another group, the parent group name is shown
AD Including Group SID The SID of a AD group that is including another group, identified by its SID, AdGroupSid.
AD User Explicitly in Group? When checked, the user is a member of the specified group (i.e., not implicitly a member because the user is in a group that is a member of another group)
Ad Users Request Filter
Hint: AD Users can be large. To limit the results, use the AD Users Request Filter.

Active Directory Domain Name Name of the Active Directory domain
AD Group Name Name of the group as defined in Active Directory
AD User Name Name of the principal entity as defined in Active Directory
Limit To this Application ? When checked ,It will only filter the groups that have access to this application.
